Client Services & Operations Manager
Alli joined the team in October 2020 as a Client Services and Operations Manager. She seeks to manage new client experiences with professionalism and dutiful attention to detail - skills she learned early in life at her mother's small business.
Alli is passionate about the interplay between development, corporate responsibility, and social good. Prior to joining Nia, she worked as a client and operations specialist for a wealth management firm in Louisiana. Her passion for responsible business guided the firm's community engagement efforts to include grant making and volunteer initiatives with local organizations.
An Oakland local, Alli has recently returned to the West Coast after nearly a decade working and studying in New Orleans. She received her Masters in Public Health from Tulane University with a specialization in Society, Behavior, and Development. She completed her Bachelor's degree at San Diego State University in International Security and Conflict Resolution. She enjoys spending spare time with family, friends, and French pastries.
