The Nia Global Solutions (NGS) gender lens portfolio is designed to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity securities of issuers located throughout the world. All selected companies provide what we believe to be innovative solutions to the needs of a warmer, more populous, and resource constrained planet. Our investment process focuses, in part, on seeking companies providing solutions-focused products or services, and that have management teams demonstrating diversity and inclusion. This is an actively managed portfolio where all holdings include women in positions of leadership and all investments are fossil fuel free and soda, tobacco, and weapons free by design.

Investment Objective
The Nia Equity Forward Portfolio seeks long-term capital growth by investing in US domiciled companies that lead in promoting equity and inclusive economic growth. We focus on a concentrated set of businesses across cap sizes, trading at discounts to their long-term growth and earnings potential, particularly those meeting our equity criteria, such as offering products or services tailored to diverse communities and demonstrating diverse representation in leadership. Through rigorous fundamental analysis, we aim to uncover undervalued opportunities with strong potential for sustained outperformance. We intentionally exclude companies with negative impacts on diverse communities, including those involved in firearms, exploitative lending, fossil fuels, and the prison-industrial system.
