Our Impact

We seek to use our investor voice to advocate both with our portfolio companies as well as out in the world for diversity, equality and sustainability. We are willing to have tough conversations and lead when it comes to speaking out for justice, workers’ rights, our planet and improving corporate conduct. 
 
We use tools such as proxy voting and activist stewardship when seeking to create change within companies. While we look to select strong candidates for investment, we know there is no perfect company, and that all companies can improve. We raise our investor voice to encourage improvement where we identify situations where it is needed.
