Abbie Scheiderer

Administrative Assistant

Abbie supports communications and logistics for our west coast office. She comes to Nia with a strong background in higher education, hospitality, Montessori pre-k education, and retail management. Abbie enjoys her work connecting with and supporting others, encouraging the growth and expansion of those around her. With a B.A. in Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Abbie incorporates her studies by bringing an intersectional feminist lens to all she does, personally and professionally. A forever-student, Abbie is dedicated to continuing to learn more about how our collective society can better invest in a holistic future where everyone's needs are met.

A quilter, crafter, and writer, Abbie spends her spare time in her studio in Oakland, California cutting up vintage fabrics and books working on her next masterpiece.
