Sarah Story

Sarah leads our technical and operations efforts. In this capacity, she works to keep our firm efficient, up to date, and compliant, while overseeing a variety of day-to-day operations tasks ranging from trading to performance reporting. She stays abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and finds the best ways to apply these in support of client needs and our growing firm. 

 

Sarah received Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and International Relations from UC Davis. She has long been interested in the relationships between local and global systems and their effects on issues of global environmental health, human rights, and social justice. Prior to joining Nia, Sarah has worked for several family offices, managing grants and investments in renewable energy and sustainability focused non-profits and early-stage startups.

 

Sarah loves cooking and eating delicious food with friends. She also loves hiking and backpacking throughout all of California’s fantastic national forests and parks, and hopes to one day hike in every National Park.
